Norma was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She enjoyed bowling and playing bingo but most of all loved spending time with her family and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, August and Ethel Gillette; husband, Lloyd V. Brown; daughter, Diana Reel; and brother, August Gillette Jr.
Survivors include: sons, David (Debbie) Beaver and Darren Beaver; son-in-law, John Reel; grandchildren, Brandon (Tisha) Reel, Angela (William) Back, Mallory (Andrew) Minor, Melissa Slaughter and Shannon Slaughter; seven great-grandchildren, Isaac Reel, Myah Reel, Andrew Reel, Kaylee Back, Ruby Minor, Caleb Minor and Allie Minor; brother, William Gillette; and sister, Loretta Smith (George Sears).
Graveside service will be held 11:00AM, Friday, May 5, 2023 with visitation two hours prior starting at 9:00AM, both at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th Street N., Wichita, Kansas 67206.
