Mildred Catherine Murray

Murray, Mildred C. (Kerschen) “Millie”, 89, was peacefully released from this earth to be with our Lord Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Reflection Ridge Pearl House surrounded by her family. Visitation is 6 to 7 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm Monday, April 1. Mass is 10:00 am Tuesday, April 2 all at Christ The King Catholic Church with interment at Resthaven Cemetery. Millie was born March 3, 1924 in Colwich to Pete and Helen (Mertes) Kerschen. Millie left this earth to join her beloved son Bradley E. Murray of Andale, parents Pete and Helen Kerschen of Colwich, sisters Lucille Brewer of Wichita, Margaret (Maggie) Becker of Garden Plain, Virginia Breitenbach of Colwich and brother Walter (Walt) Kerschen of Peck. Millie is survived by her husband, James Murray of Wichita; children, Myra (Larry) Martin of Hugoton and John Murray of Wichita; sister, Patricia (Patsy) Rau of Garden Plain; grandchildren, Joe (Lorie) Martin, Jeff (Virginia) Martin, Marsha (Martin and Madilyne Beaudry. Memorials have been established with Sister M. Sebastiana, 815 S. Westhaven Drive, Oshkosh, WI 54904-7978, a close friend of the family and also with Christ The King Church, 4501 W. Maple, Wichita, KS 67209.
