Michael was a man who truly, genuinely loved his family most of all. He loved activities with his families and friends. And he knew no strangers – he could make anyone a friend. He loved everyone equally and with all of his heart.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and the great outdoors.
He was everything to his family. He loved his bully-dogs and honeybees, wild birds, and his chickens too. He was a collector of many things.
He also loved the sport of dirt bikes and riding motorcycles.
He was the gatekeeper at Jeeps Motorcycle Club for over 20 years.
He liked going on vacations, and was the planner and do-er for the family. The family basically lived at the lake for many long summers.
He was an amazing husband and loved to dance and go to concerts with his wife, Ginger. They were married for 47 years, and they dated for 5 years before marriage. They were best friends and will be, forever and always.
His mom would tell you that he was a great brother and son who grew up to be a great father.
He could fix anything. He was the guy you would call if anything broke in your house, and the same guy who would teach you how to fix things.
He was the strength of the family – and still is. The family will carry his heart forward into the world.
