Shiblom, Maxine Wilmirth, 91, retired Wichita State University Administrative Assistant and former member of Altrusa passed away Sept. 18, 2011. Maxine was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth S. in 2001 and brother T.A. Pirtle. Survivors are son Sam K. (Terry) Shiblom and grandson Bryan Shiblom of Gladstone, MO. Viewing is Friday 12 to 8 pm and funeral service is 1:00 pm Saturday, Sept. 24 at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to Victory In The Valley.
