Corey, Max, 72, passed away on June 19, 2016. Max was born in Herington, KS on October 16, 1943. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Irene Corey. Max is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara (Anderes) Corey, his daughters, Kelly Corey-Dodson (Rob Dolley), Stacy Corey-Sebastian, Dana (Alex) Schrader; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He served 4 years in the U.S. Navy. Max retired in 2005 after 40 years at Cessna in the tooling department. Favorite pasttimes were enjoying soccer, camping and spending time with grandchildren. Funeral service will be on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 10a.m., with visitation prior beginning at 9a.m with Dignity Celebrant Cyndi Pearce Officiating. Interment will follow at New Basel Cemetery, Abilene, KS. Memorials in his name can be made to Rivercross Hospice, 251 S.
