Fields, Mary Teresa (Gehrer), 85, was born 10/6/1929 on October 27, 2014 Heaven gained another angel. She was the 12th of 13 children. Mary wed Charley W. Fields on 12/1/1956. Together they had 3 children Charlotte Shain (Gary Shain), Charley Fields Jr., and Debbie Holt (Rick Sanders). Mary had 3 grand children, Michael Holt, Stefanie Fisher, and Christy Doze. She had 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was a kind loving soul to family, friends, and strangers alike. She devoted her time to her church but volunteering at the food pantry was her passion. In lieu of flowers the family has set up a memorial at New Hope Christian Church. There will be a viewing Wed. 3-8 pm with family present from 6-8 pm at Resthaven. The Memorial Service will be held at Resthaven Thursday 10/30/14 at 1pm.
