Franklin, Marvin D., 84, retired SBC/AT&T supervisor, passed away May 5, 2012. His survivors include wife, Marilyn; son, Gregory Franklin and stepson, Scot (Sandi) Smith all of Wichita; stepdaughter, Kim Smith of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Neva Barlow and brother, Jack (Bessie) Franklin both of Enid, OK.; 2 grandchildren; 2 stepgrandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and 1 stepgreat-grandchild. Graveside service 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. A memorial has been established with Telecom Pioneers.
