Martha Jean Anderson, age 71, of Derby, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. Martha Jean was born September 12, 1950 in Winfield, Kansas to Arthur Henry Fred Shrader and Yvonne Jean McDiarmid.
Martha Jean worked various jobs in the office field including administrator at Victory in the Valley for cancer, a bookkeeper at Burnell's and Barrier's Jewelry but her biggest achievement in life was being a loving mother, wife, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents and 1st husband, William James Hutchison
She is survived by: her husband, Barney Burt Leon Anderson; Sons, Michael James and Christopher Wayne Hutchison (Shelia); Grandchildren, Emily, Caleb and Colin.
A visitation for Martha Jean will be held Friday, September 2, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 3, 2022 1:00 pm at Woodlawn United Methodist Church 431 S. Woodlawn Blvd. Derby, Kansas 67037 with a Graveside immediately following at Resthaven Gardens of Memory 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209.
