Margaret C Weber

Weber, Margaret C., 80, lost her battle with cancer on January 25, 2011. Visitation 2-4pm, Thurs. at DeVorss Flanagan Hunt. Rosary, Thurs. Jan. 27, at 7:00 pm, Funeral Mass, Fri. Jan.28, at 10:00 am both at All Saints Catholic Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Eugene, sons James (Karen), Douglas (Jean), Bradley, and daughters Theresa and Mary Weber, all of Wichita; sister Marietta Newton of El Dorado; six grandchildren, Brian (Auburn), Eric (Jesse), Kevin, Sarah, Stephanie, and Michelene. Margaret was born July 7, 1930 at the family home near Danville, Kansas, the youngest of four children of George and Florence Durant. She was raised on a farm and graduated from Harper High School in 1948 and from Saint Francis Hospital School of Nursing in 1951. In 1956 she married Eugene Weber and they have lived in the same house for 54 years. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market St., Wichita, KS 67202 and All Saints Catholic Church 3205 Grand, Wichita, KS 67218.
