Marcia Penner

Marcia Penner, age 70, of Valley Center passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021. She was born April 8, 1951. Marcia was a mother of 2 and grandmother of 3. She is preceded by her parents Leon and Mary and brother Larry. Marcia is survived by husband Ray; children Todd (Natalie) and Nicholas (Sara); grandchildren Madelynn, Alexander and Mackenzie; and extended family. Visitation will be held 3-7pm, Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Resthaven Mortuary. Funeral Service will be held 10am, Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Resthaven Mortuary. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
