Lorene Edith Brauer

She was born in Conway Springs, Kansas on March 27, 1921 to Harry and Edith Jenkins. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Maxine Hoyt and Nelda Kemper; brother Bill Jenkins; her first husband Jack Warnick and second husband Edgar Brauer.

Lorene is survived by her son Brice (Audrie) Warnick and daughter Rose (Howard) VonFange.

She was a loving mother, daughter, sister. Lorene was an animal lover and donated to the Kansas Humane Society all her life. She had lived at Catholic Care Center and Chaucer Estates in Wichita, Kansas. Prior to that she had lived for 35 years in Haven, Kansas.

Those who knew Lorene know she was always cheerful and not one to complain. She would spread that cheer to others and laughed often. She was always concerned about others well-being.

Lorene's family will be having private services. Her final resting place will be in the Garden of Memory at Lakeview Cemetery.
