Preceded in death by her parents Edward and Fern McDaniel, brother Robert McDaniel and her loving husband Ralph.
Survived by her daughter Debra, son-in-law Richard Dickerhoff and beloved grandson Eddie Dickerhoff and sister Betty Spingler. Lila worked as an industrial engineer for Boeing for 37 years until she retired in April of 1988. She was very active in her church at Epworth United Methodist. She was president of the Women’s Society and served on many committees over the years. She was also an avid gardner, a member of Ivy Leaf Chapter #75 O.E.S. and Zohar Temple #65 D.O.N.. She also belonged to Toltec of Topeka. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation with family, 4pm-6:30pm, Tues. July 16 at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary, Celebration of Life Service, 10am Wed., July 17th at West Side United Methodist Church, with Graveside service to follow at 1pm at Harper City Cemetery, Harper, KS. Memorial to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
