Leroy John Ternes, age 92, of Garden Plain, Kansas passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Lee was born July 10, 1930. He married the love of his life, Doris (Dugan), on August 18, 1953, and now is re-united with her in eternal life. They raised five wonderful sons and loved their family time. They were a beautiful example of married love. Lee was preceded in death by his bride, Doris; son, Gregory; his parents, Isabelle (Barbeau) and John Ternes; brother, Robert; grandsons Jerome, Aaron, and Mason. Lee is survived by sons: Stanley (Janet), David (Karen), Steve (Melanie) and Kevin. Lee and Doris have 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
