Shively, Kenneth E.,56, Contractor, Veteran of USAF and retired Kansas Air National Guard, passed away September 6, 2013. Rosary: 7 p.m. Monday (9-9); Mass: 10 a.m. Tuesday (9-10), both at St. Jude Catholic Church, 3030 N Amidon. Burial: 3:30 p.m. St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Walnut, Kansas. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Ed Shively and a brother, Bernard Shively. Survived by his mother, Bernadine Shively of Girard; wife, Annette Shively of Wichita; son, Brian (Elizabeth) Shively of Wichita; daughter, Sarah Shively of Wichita; brothers, Wayne (Sue) Shively of Erie, Keith (Becky) Shively of Girard; sisters, Lorraine (Keith) Eggen of Topeka, Frances (Stanley) Simmons of Chanute; 2 grandchildren, Hali and Emily.
