Stone, Kathleen J., 70, retired director of purchasing at The Coleman Company, passed away May 31, 2015. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Fleta Seevers, and family friend, Irma Lea Atherton. She is survived by her husband, Richard Scharnhorst; son, Michael Stone; daughters, Kimberly (Darin) Grimsley, Susan (Scott) Michaelis, and Rhiannon Scharnhorst; sister, Karen (Ross) Stevens; and grandchildren, Megan, Emily, and Sara Claire Michaelis. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the KS Humane Society or the KS Food Bank. Memorial service will be held at Resthaven Mortuary on Thursday, June 4, at 3:00 PM.
