Kathleen A. Manny

Kathleen "Kathy" Manny, born in Denver, CO on June 26, 1941 to Merl & Thelma (Johnson) Dunning, passed away on September 11, 2016 at the age of 75 at home surrounded by her family. She attended schools in Bogue, KS and graduated from Bogue High School in 1959. She married the love of her life, Lawrence Manny, on June 29, 1959. He preceded her in death on June 8, 2015. They were blessed to have spent 56 years together & will now spend an eternity forever. Kathy worked for 17 years as an assembler and lead person at Elec-tron Inc. in Wichita, KS. She is survived by 4 children, Kelly (Teri) Manny of Moore, OK, Karla (Chris) Thorton of Wichita, KS, Kayla Manny of Wichita, and Kirby (Machelle) Manny of Haysville, KS; one step-daughter, Brenda Hensley of Gallatin, MO; five grandchildren, Lindsey (Joe) Jolliff, Matthew (Jessica) Manny, Ryan (Gabby) Thorton, Kyle Manny and Riley Manny; two great-granddaughters, Chloe and Keira; four step-grandchildren, Kerry Hensley, Courtney Hensley, Ashley McNew, Blake Hensley and five step- great grandchildren, Katie, Tristan, Dominick, Danielle and Micah; one sister, Karen (Steve) Cooksey of Salina, KS; one sister-in-law, Mary Evangeline Huseth of Topeka, KS. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 7:30 PM and Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 10:30 AM, both at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 2701 S Pattie St, Wichita, KS 67216.
