Joseph worked in the aircraft industry for over two decades including several positions of management. He found joy in the outdoors… fishing and hunting. Joseph enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Another love of his was the open road on his Harley Davidson riding with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Celina & Simon Salazar and Sarah & Pete Quintana.
Joseph is survived by his parents, Joe and Bessie; children, Kasaundra, Marshall, Rebecca, and Corey; sisters, Roberta (Bryant) Handy and Victoria Salazar; half brothers and sisters, Vanessa, Natalie, Jordan, and Landon; grandchildren, Christian Hoag, Jaxon Katori, and Aaliyah Salazar; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as his faithful companion Malaki.
A Celebration of Life Service for Joseph will be held at 2:00PM, Tuesday, January 31, 2023 with visitation prior from 12:00PM to 2:00PM, both at Lakeview Funeral Home Chapel, 12100 E. 13th Street N., Wichita, Kansas 67206.
