Joan Marie Sutherland, 82, devoted wife, mother and co-owner of Sutherland Construction Co., passed away on Friday, November 14, 2014. Preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, three sisters and her loving husband Charles D. Sutherland, Jr. She was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church.
Survived by her children: Charles (Marilyn) Sutherland of Dallas, TX, Linda (Tom) Ward of Lincoln, NE, Daniel Sutherland , Kathleen Sutherland, Tim (Diane) Sutherland all of Wichita, Paul (Kristy) Sutherland of Peck, KS, Tom Sutherland, Bernadette (Dave) Spaulding, sister Katie Lynch all of Wichita, 19 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Rosary, 7pm, Mon. Nov. 17th, Mass of Christian Burial, 10am, Tues. Nov. 18th both at St. Cecilia Catholic Church with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Memorial to St. Cecilia Catholic Church Parking Lot Fund, 1900 W. Grand, Haysville, KS 67060.
