Jacqueline "Jackie" Wassall left this life on July 5, 2017, the last remaining of five siblings. Born in Wichita on December 11th, 1929, to William and Lydia Darnall, she graduated North High in 1947. In 1965 she joined Security Abstract & Title Co., where she developed and managed their closing department before retiring in 2000 as a Vice-President. She was a talented artist and many of her works are displayed in the homes of friends and family on what she called a "permanent loan." She was a member of the Soroptimist International of Wichita, and served as president in 1982. Preceded in death by her husband Warren and daughter Donna, she is survived by son Rick (Cheryl) Wassall of Tulsa, OK and grandsons Daniel (Trish) and Michael. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Lakeview Funeral Home. Dignity Celebrant Cyndi Pearce officiating.
