Age 82, passed away May 4, 2020, born July 21, 1937 to Lawrence and Lanora Van Dyke in Wichita, KS. Jack is survived by his wife, Ruth Van Dyke; sons, Steve Van Dyke of Leon, KS and Bryan Van Dyke of Wichita, KS; brother, George Van Dyke of Winfield, KS; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many more family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to, Serenity Hospice Care, 9415 East Harry Street Ste. 306, Wichita, KS 67207. Private family services will be held.
