Jack E. Pierce

Jack Pierce, 90, Retired Foreman with Cessna for 40 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 with his two granddaughters, Chassidy and Kaycee by his side. Jack was born in Forgan, Oklahoma. He served in the United States Navy and worked many jobs in Kansas and Oklahoma area before finally settling in Wichita, Kansas. Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather that will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents; beloved son, Billy Jack; brother, Leonard Pierce; and sister, Evelyn Angleton. Jack is survived by his beautiful wife of 71 years, Berna Dean; daughters, Debbie (Charles) Bales, Reba (Byron) Chrisler and Angela Cook; sons, Michael (Jill) Pierce and Jim Pierce; sister, Lenora McNabb; granddaughters, Tracy (Vaughn) Smith, Shannon Wingert, Amy Wingert, Chassidy (Kevin) Brunton, Kaycee Cook and Jessica (Gavin) Mihailoff; grandsons, Craig Chrisler and Devin Pierce; 11 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9AM-12:30PM, Friday, January 8th, with Funeral service to follow at 1:00PM, both at Resthaven Mortuary.
