73, passed away Dec. 28, 2016. Jack was a retired store manager for Dillons. He was a member of Jaycee, liked watching NASCAR, traveling, taking cruises, and hunting. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Jack was preceded by first wife, Carolyn; step-son, Gordon Lucas, Jr.; father, Edgar Blake; step-siblings, Joe Sauer and Kathy Blake. He is survived by wife of 16 years, Nancy Blake; daughter, Ginger Kellogg-Harper; step-sons, Terry (Linda) and Randy (Pam) Lucas; step-daughter, Kylie Cerda; mother, Betty Bartholomew; 13 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. Rosary 7 p.m. Tue., Jan. 3, 2017 and Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Wed., Jan. 4, 2017 both at St. Francis of Assisi, 861 N Socora St, Wichita, KS 67212.
