Howard D. Van Bibber, 77, retired Lead Program Scheduler for Boeing Aircraft for over 30 years passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017. Howard was a U.S. Navy veteran, charter member of VFW Men’s Auxiliary Post # 3115, member of North Star Masonic Lodge #168, Legion of Honor at Midian Shrine Temple and He is now selling tickets for the circus in the sky. Preceded by parents Russell and Altha (Lunnon) Van Bibber, sister Jane Flowers and brother Wayne Van Bibber. Survived by his wife Judy, daughter Brenda (Robert) Goodman, sister Colleen Adkins, grandchildren Derek and Leah Wright and Aaron Goodman, great grandchildren Neena, Wayne, Luke Goodman, Lorraina and Wesley Wright.
