Harold was born to Joseph and Elma Kurkowski on January 24, 1927, in Detroit, Michigan.
He served in WW2 as Army Special Forces, will be remembered as the guy who would always lend a hand, and the best father figure to many.
He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings; and wife of 68 years, Betty Jean Milbank-Kurkowski.
Harold is survived by: his daughters, Joy Kurkowski and Rindy Kurkowski; sons, Ricky Kurkowski and Ronny Kurkowski; grandsons, Ellex Arnecke and Kenn Arnecke; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Private family service was held for Harold at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11800 W. Kellogg, Wichita, Kansas, 67209.
