Hephner, George P., 85, retired Santa Fe Trail Transportation mechanic passed away Feb. 20, 2014. George was preceded in death by his wife, Viola and 6 siblings. He is survived by his sons, Mark (Annabell) Hephner of Whitewater, George J. Hephner of Wichita; daughters, Rita Hephner of Wichita, Chris (Phil) Neil of Texas, Teresa (Craig) Hull of Andover, Judy (Cecil) Fanning of Newton, Karen (Tony) Clark of Wichita, Bobbi Haque of New Mexico; brother, Patrick Hephner of California; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation is 2 to 4 pm Sunday and funeral service is 1:00 pm Monday Feb. 24 all at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorials may be sent to Diversicare of Sedgwick.
