Having served alongside two great men Dick and Michael Wendling in the military was an honor but getting the honor of meeting Dick's wife and Mike's mother Gail was the best. She was the most fun person to be around. Never a dull moment, never a conversation shared without many laughs. She was a blessing to all who knew her. I will forever cherish the memories I have of my outings and conversations with Gail and am so thankful I met her!  My love and prayers for the family and all who knew Gail. She will be missed...

I met Gail through another special friend Sheila,those two had the greatest laughs ever. So, they were into painting classes and told my sister, Georgenna and me we could paint  too!!  So we did,but most of my paintings were finished by the teacher,I was not a painter,ha!  Sheila often made a cream pie,so I knew I was going to continue. We moved on to join a group ABWA,we all had more fun getting in trouble,but we did raise money for college scholarships!! Halloween parties were the greatest, I don't know how my sister and Gail talked their husbands into the costumes they wore but they were wild. Mathew, do you remember coming as the Grim Reaper??  Thanks for the laughs and the wonderful memories we shared, Georgenna and me will keep them going. Love You !!!!!!! 


Thank you fo being so good to my sister Lynda Snodgrass. You were a blessing to everyone whoever met you. I know you are smiling in heaven.

So sorry for your loss.  I remember Gail when she would bring the boys out to grandpa Wendling place.  We lived across the road.  She was a loving , kind and sweet lady.  Hold tight to the memories. A mother's love never dies.  Our prayers and Hugs are sent to you.

Gail was always full of life she always treated me like I was one of her own children growing up her son Matthew and I were good friends we spent slot of time at the grandparents farm and sometimes Gail would pick me up and bring me to her home for parties I will never forget the memories prayers to the family she will forever be in my heart 

Of all the people in the world, Gail was a shining light. She could make people feel at ease. The world is a little darker now that she’s gone, but heaven has more laughter than usual. Please save at least one cookie for me. Love you and miss you. Rest In Peace. 

Though I never personally met her.  She was such a faith filled kind soul. Sending much love and prayers to you all.

It is a great sadness to hear of Gail's passing, but we all know she is now rejoicing in the presence of her Lord. She was a faith filled lady, whose laughter filled the room. She always had a twinkle in her eye, and arms ready to hug. My life was greatly enriched by having Gail and her entire family as part of my childhood. May each family member find peace in knowing that her spirit lives on in those who recall her love for life. She was an artistic soul who saw beauty in ordinary things. My memories are vivid of the times spent with her, and the laughter she shared with my own mom. My gratitude for having known Gail is immense. Peace be with each family member for your loss.
