Sipos, Ferenc (Frank), passed away Jan. 20, 2016 in Wichita, KS. He was born in Gyor Hungary on Nov. 2, 1938. Frank came to the US in 1957 and became a citizen in 1970. He retired from Texas Instruments/Raytheon and from the US Army National Guard after 22 years. Preceded in death by wife (Maudean), parents, brother, sister and step-sons, Arley R. Ballenger and Ivan Dean Ballenger. Survived by son, Arley D. Ballenger, Ft. Wainwright, AL and Step-daughter, Ivanna (Ron) Means, Wichita, 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation 9-11:00 AM Monday, January 25, 2016 with Funeral service at 11:00 AM both at Stumpff Mortuary, Bartlesville, OK. Burial at Oglesby Cemetery, OK.
