Everett was born November 11, 1930, in Thayer, Missouri, the son of Samuel W. and Etta M. (Conner) Fletcher.
Everett proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean war as a tank driver. He was a jack of all trades and retired from Plastic Composite Fabricating after 15 years of dedicated service.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to many.
Everett was an avid outdoorsman as he loved to go hunting, fishing, wood-work, bird watch and will forever be remembered as a PROUD hillbilly.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Mark, and his daughter Sharon “Wendy” Fletcher Aslin.
He is survived by his loving wife Connie; children Alan, William “Bill”, Matthew “Larry”, James “JD”, and Tonya, along with 19 grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
Graveside Inurnment Service will be 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Wichita, Kansas. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Everett’s name may be made out to Home Health and Hospice of Kansas, 7607 E. Harry, Wichita, Kansas 67207.
