Sparks, Dorothy E., 92 of Kansas City, MO, previously of Wichita, passed away October 6, 2014. Memorial service will be at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Highway 54, October 18, 2014 at 11am with visitation at 10am. She is preceded in death by husband Paul, son Steve and daughter Toni Pocock. She leaves behind two children, Shelley D. Burke of Green Valley, AZ and Jeff (Cindy) Sparks of Kansas City, MO.; grandchildren Stephanie (David) Seigel, Kelley (Hugh) Ross, Matt (Shena) Sparks, Shannon Burke, Tracie (Jim) Livingston, Jeffrey (Angela) Sparks, Kevin (Amanda) Sparks, 17 great grandchildren, son-in-law Ron Pocock and daughter-in-law Sandy Duncan and many dear friends. She leaves a legacy of orneriness, wit & love.
