Doris E. Welch, age 94 passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022. Doris was born April 23, 1927 in Kiowa, Kansas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
Doris was a long time member of Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, and she was married to her husband, Ivan for 46 years before his passing.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Grace Luty; devoted husband, Ivan Welch; granddaughter, Heather Sutton; and son-in-laws, William Troutman and Gary Wagher.
Doris is survived by her children, Charles (Gayle) Welch, Rebecca Troutman; Kenny (Jayne) Welch, and Peggy Wagher; two grandchildren, Shawn Troutman and Heather Sells; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral service for Doris will be held, 10:00am, Saturday, March 12, 2022, with visitation 1 hour prior, both at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th Street N., Wichita, Kansas 67206.
