Smith, Donald D., 84, retired Air Force Master Sargent passed away October 8, 2013. Donald was a member of the Haysville United Methodist Church, Masonic Royal Lodge Number 192 of Lyons, KS, Air Force Sargent’s Association, a former card carrying girl scout and a Wichita Wings fan. He was preceded by his wife, Betty and brother, Harold Curtright. He is survived by his daughter, Paula Smith; sister, Florene (Elva) Maxwell and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service is 10:00 am Friday, October 11 with visitation 1 hour prior to service, both at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorial has been established with Haysville United Methodist Church, 601 E Grand Ave., Haysville, KS 67060.
