Dewite Louis Mork, 77, carpenter and member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America #0201, passed away November 21, 2017. Dewite was one of twelve children born to Matthew and Virginia Mork. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing, gardening and spending time with his family and dog, Toby. Dewite never met a stranger. He was a giving man and was always there to lend a helping hand. Dewite was preceded by his wife of 37 years, Arville Mork. He is survived by son, David (Julie) Chamberlain; daughter, Sharon (Dave Champley) Buck; grandchildren, David Chamberlain Jr., Chad (Jessica) Chamberlain, Stephanie Chamberlain, Candee (Randy) Kretchmar, Michael (Amy) Buck, and Brian Buck; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren. Rosary service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017 with Mass following at Christ the King Catholic Church. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 1820 E Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67214 in honor of his beloved wife.
