David Reilly

Reilly, David T., was born on Dec. 21, 1941 the son of Thomas and Florence Reilly, and grew up in Southborough, MA. He left this life on Wednesday March 23, 2016. He grew up in Southborough, MA before joining the U.S. Air Force in 1965. After his time in the USAF, he met and married Nettie Alice Wright in 1969. They had a son, Michael. He was committed to the restoration on the B-29, Doc, and was an active member of “Doc’s Friends”. He is survived by his wife, Nettie, of the home, his son, Michael (Julie) Reilly, and his beloved granddaughters, Hannah, Larissa, and Brianna Reilly, all of Wichita. He also has a brother, Tom (Bonnie) Reilly, nieces, and numerous relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7pm with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary following on Mon. March 28, 2016 at Lakeview Funeral home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita, KS. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am on Tues. March 29, 2016 at All Saints Catholic Church, 3205 E. Grand St., Wichita, Kansas 67218. Private burial for family will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita, KS. Memorial donations can be made to Doc’s Friends, PO Box 771089, Wichita, Kansas 67277.
