Hanchett, Dale Winfred, 88, retired Union Pacific booking agent passed away February 1, 2012. Dale was a WWII Army veteran and former longtime member of Rolling Hills Golf Club. He was preceded in death by this wife Naomi “Jo” and brother Kenneth Hanson. His survivors are daughter Darlyne and son-in-law Tommy Sodders of Spring, TX; step-daughters Nancy Gibbons of New Albany, IN, Margaret Wright of Ceres, CA; sister-in-law LaFern Hanson of Amarillo, TX; grandchildren Danielle Roberts, Whitney Sodders, Dena Sparrow, Jeff Daggett, Darin Wright, Paula Lasater and numerous great grandchildren. Viewing is Sunday 12 to 8 pm with family receiving friends 3 to 4 pm and funeral service is 3:00 pm Monday, Feb. 6 at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
