Briley 91, retired, passed away October 27, 2019. he was preceded in death by Wife Betty Briley, sons Donald and Craig Cooper and grandson Joshua Briley. he was survived by sister Cleota Briley-Jester, siblings Chris Cooper, Kathy Cooper, Gerald Briley, Clifford Briley and Loretta Briley-Hudson.
