Cliff was born on August 2, 1928, in St John, KS to Juan and Ruth Muci. He grew up with 6 brothers and sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Frank Muci Jr, his siblings, Elvira, Ruth Ernestine, Stanley, Emilia, Raquel and Benny. Jay (Rita) Muci, from Wichita, is his only surviving sibling.
On June 20th, 1974 he married Marlene McKee. Cliff had 4 children from a previous marriage. Marissa (Jason) Marfield, from Leavenworth, KS, Angie (Kayla) Muci and John (Krystal) Muci from Wichita, KS. He had 2 stepson’s, Bryon (Jennifer) McKee, from Olathe, KS and Kent (Kaye) McKee, from Germantown, TN. He became blessed with 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Cliff had a passion for education and a love for the Lord. He graduated from St. John High School in 1946. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Bethel college. He received his Master’s degree from Emporia State. He received his Doctorate degree, in Education, from the University of Kansas in 1982. He was an educator for 31 years. He served as principal at Jardine Junior High, Truesdell Junior High and North High School. After retirement, he spent 13 years as a minister in Douglass, Kansas at the First Christian Church.
A funeral service will be held on November 14, 2022, at Riverside Christian Church at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Harry Hynes Hospice.
