McGaugh, Cecil, A private family service was held on August 2 for Cecil Bartlett McGaugh, retired school teacher and Latchkey Director, who passed away July 29. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Dollie McGaugh, and first wife, Joyce. Mr. McGaugh is survived by his wife, Polly, daughter Lisa Moeder, stepdaughter Brenda Blanchard (Amanda and Ryan), grandsons Preston Moeder (Chelsea) and Trevin Moeder of Wichita, as well as four sisters Jessie Bonar and Bessie Daniel of Eureka, Ruth VanDyke (Jack) and Dorothy Unruh (Jerry) of Wichita. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins who adored him and the feeling was mutual. Cecil McGaugh was beloved by his family, admired by his students and treasured by his friends.
