He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Winston Hoy, Sr and Charlotte “Maxine”; and uncle, Dewey Hoy.
He is survived by his wife, Veloris; sons, Mark (Kimberly) Hoy, Brad (Dalenda) Hoy; sisters, Mary (Bob) Frey, Margaret Oyler; grandchildren, Lauren, Destiny, Brecken and Luke; aunt, Joanna Hoy and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation with family present, 4 pm - 6 pm, Sunday, January 19, 2014 at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary. Funeral Service 10:30 am, Monday, January 20, 2014 at Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 N. Meridian, Wichita, KS.
