She loved God and church. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and gigi. She loved Chiefs football and was their biggest fan. She also loved Bingo, and the casino, especially when she won, and her Folgers coffee. Everyone loved her.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents Art and Letha Campbell of Wichita, Kansas; sister, Marilyn Wheeler of Massachusetts; and sons, Henri LaBonte of Connecticut and Mark LaBonte of Wichita, Kansas.
She is survived by sister, Carolyn McLaughlin of Florida; children, LuAnn Norris of Iowa, David LaBonte of Nevada and Donald LaBonte of Massachusetts, Teresa Coleman of Wichita, Kansas, Christopher Ferris of Mulvane, Kansas, and Dawn Ferris of Palestine, Texas; and 19 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at White Chapel Cemetery, 1824 Oliver Ave., Wichita, Kansas 67208.
