She grew up loving the outdoors of rural Manchester which carried on into adulthood with late husbands, Randolph Pruett and Marion (Ed) Hall when they enjoyed the calmness of fishing at lakes and ponds along with walking her most recent fur-baby, a Shih Tzu named Barney.
Her son, Terry Pruett, was a cherished addition to her union with Randolph to which she proved how loving and caring one person could be. This carried on when grandchildren: April Pruett, Terry L. Pruett Jr., and Nicole Orr each reminisce on how she was always there, was a great listener who you could call anytime and talk to for hours.
When not spending time with family and friends, Barbra’s career was spent in insurance with The Traveler’s Insurance Company and Insurance Management Association I.M.A.
Barbra was always there to help, especially when it came to family reunions and including her nieces and nephews, Levita Cushenbery, Bernadine Quinton, and Johnny Bailey.
Grateful for a live well lived and love shared. She will not be forgotten.
A private interment has taken place.
