Barbara J Smith-Kropf

Barbara loved her kids and grandkids because family was of utmost importance to her. She loved God and attended the same church regularly for over 50 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry Smith; daughter in-law, Sharon Smith; and 7 siblings.

Barbara is survived by her husband John Kropf; son, Terry Smith of Wichita, Kansas; daughter, Sherri Newell of Wichita, Kansas; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Henderson of Ratliff City, Oklahoma; and many loving friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00-9:45 a.m. at Westview Baptist Church on Friday, December 1, 2023; the funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. The church is located at 1325 S. Meridian, Wichita, KS 67217. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery, 1824 N. Oliver, Wichita, KS 67208, at noon.
