Anna Lucile Seibert

A longtime resident of Wichita, KS passed peacefully, of natural causes in Scottsdale, AZ on 9/26/2016. Lucy was born in 1919 to James Alexander and Minnie Reed Clapp in Saint Paul, IN. She graduated high school in Waldron, IN. While working at Camp Atterbury, she met and married a wounded war hero, Charles Kenneth Seibert. After a brief stay in Florida, the couple settled in Wichita, Kenny’s home town where they raised three children: Michael (Debra) of Co. Springs, CO; Patrick of Phoenix, AZ; Candace (Tom) Hufft of Lexington, MO. Lucy is preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenny, sister Avolyn, brother Wilbur, and infant son Danny. She is survived by her children, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and sister-in-law Marcy Roberts of Lamar, Mo. Visitation with family will be at Resthaven from 6-8 pm on Friday, Oct 7. Graveside service will be at Resthaven at 10am Saturday, Oct 8.
