Anita G. Anderson

Anita Gail Parker was born May 31, 1957 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Arthur and Marjorie (Niman) Parker. She was the only child born to this union.

She grew up in Wichita and graduated from Wichita East High School with the class of 1975.

Anita was united in marriage to Michael Anderson in Wichita on June 23, 1978.

She worked at the Forth National Bank downtown Wichita. She stopped working when their son Sean started school, and stayed home to raise him. Like his mother and father, Sean, was the only child born to this union.

In her spare time, Anita enjoyed playing Rock Band, singing and playing the guitar. She bowled in her younger years. She and Michael played Scotch Doubles together, one being left handed and the other right handed, and were very successful together. She liked playing the slot machines on trips to the casino. Twelve years ago she and Michael traveled to North Carolina to buy her poodle, and companion, Bella.

Her father Arthur precedes her in death.

Surviving family members are her loving husband Michael, her son Sean Anderson, and her mother Marjorie Parker, all of Wichita.

Cremation was chosen and inurnment will be private.
