Hart, Alfred N., 94, retired experimental engineer at Boeing, passed away May 21, 2011. Alfred married Wanetha McPherson June 6, 1943 in Burbank, CA. He is preceded in death by his wife Wanetha and son Dewayne. He is survived by daughter Sharon E. Thompson, son Chief Master Sergeant Gary D. (Jan) Hart, and grandchildren Kimberly Gerlach, Kelsey Metzinger, Cory Thompson, David Hart, Anita Ayala, Lora Dahna, and 17 great grandchildren. He had been a member of the Martinson Ave. Christian Church since the couple moved to Wichita in 1948. Alfred’s heart was always with his childhood farm, his family, and his beloved wife Wanetha. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Tues., with services 11:00 AM Wed., both at Hillside West, 2929 W. 13th St. North, Wichita. Interment will follow at Resthaven. Memorials: The Salvation Army, 350 N.
