Rocky was born in Yuba City, California on June 20, 1957 to William and Lois Hill, and raised in part by his aunt and uncle, Frank and Joyce Hill.
Rocky served his country in the US Army, both at home and overseas. Since then he has had several occupations including truck driver and most recently mechanic.
He is survived by his three daughters, Sherrina Kinworthy, Kelcie Koerner and husband Kurt, Brittany Alexander and husband Adam; sister Gail, brother Thomas; grandchildren Michael Morris, Victoria Wilson, Elizabeth Koerner, Violet Koerner, Ryan Koerner, and Riley Alexander; great grandchild Mi'onnis Ar'shon Morris.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Donita and son Joshua.
Funeral services will be held Friday Dec. 16, 2022 at 2 pm at Hampton Vaughn Crestview Funeral home with burial to follow in crestview memorial park.
