Raymond E. Smith, 81, of Wichita Falls went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, December 30, 2011 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Earl Correll officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 7:00 until 8:00 Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Raymond was born on February 23, 1930 in Lubbock, TX to the late Willie E. Smith and Willie Mae (Cox) Smith. He was a longtime resident of Wichita Falls and was a member of Northside Baptist Church of Iowa Park.
Survivors include his sister, Ollie Mae Pruett of Wichita Falls and many nieces and nephews along with extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to Northside Baptist Church of Iowa Park.
