Mary Helen Davis

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, October 25, 2013 in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Garden of the Cross at Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at the funeral home.

Mary was born April 28, 1945 in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Reverend Fernando Garcia Sr. and Elena (Rivera) Garcia. She was a member of the Church of Good News in Wichita Falls. Mary enjoyed spending time with family and friends for coffee and playing yahtzee.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband of over 30 years, Richard Don Davis. Her parents Rev. Fernando Garcia Sr. and Helen Rivera Garcia, her three brothers, Fernando Garcia Jr., Ismael (Mayo) Garcia and Henry Sam Garcia.

Survivors include her three sons, Joe Franklin Williams Jr. and his wife April Dawn of Merkel, TX, Raymond Lyndell Davis, Gilbert Fernando Davis and wife Erika all of Wichita Falls, TX and stepson Richard Allen Davis and wife Angie of Cape Girardeau, MO, two brothers, Ezekiel (Zeke) Garcia and Bobby Joe Garcia, two sisters, Elizabeth Arredondo and husband Rudolph(Rudy) and Lidia Garcia all from Wichita Falls, TX, five grandchildren, Trevor, Craig, Jack, Jonathan and Amaya, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
