Cindy was a loving daughter, wife and mother. She was born in Dallas, TX, to Betty and Stanley Ray. She married William Copeland in 1986 and had two beautiful children. She was very outgoing and fun. She loved rock and roll and to gather with friends and family.
Cindy is survived by her Mother Betty Ray, brother Jeff, sister Kerry and her husband Ty Hand along with many nieces and nephews, a loving husband William Copeland, daughter Erica, son Jacob and his wife Bailee and 2 granddaughters, Sophie and Olivia.
She is preceded in death by her father Stanley Ray who passed in 2003.
A visitation will be held at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 1 PM with a Graveside Service to follow at 2 PM at Rosemont Cemetery, 4441 Southwest Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76308.
