Charlie Died in hospice after a short bout with cancer,
he was unaware of it until it was too advanced.
He is survived by a sister Susan Stice, daughter Rebecca Johns a son
Robert Johns, and many other family members.
Charlie was born in Wichita Falls, early in life he was an oil rig
mechanic and later enjoyed telling tales of his adventures in the oil field.
Later in life he opened "Texas Tire and Lawnmower" on the Iowa Park road
and later upgraded to a new building on the Seymour Hwy simply called
"Texas Tire".
He was a solid community member and attended Anchor Baptist Church.
He was a relatively simple man who enjoyed fishing, making things and helping people.
He is sorely missed.
