Bobby J. Todd

Bobby Joe Todd, 76, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 in Wichita Falls. He was born on September 23, 1940 in Honeygrove, TX to the late Walter Gray Todd and Bessie Clark Todd. On September 23, 1959 he married Mary Miser in Wichita Falls. She preceded him in death on May 30, 2001. Bobby was the owner of Todd Service Center and Todd’s Fast Lube and had worked for Coors Distributing for 16 years. He was a member of Christ United Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by four daughters, Lanora Scates and husband Brad of Wichita Falls, LaDonna Trimmer and husband Paul of Dallas, Rebecca Cockrell and husband Randy of Burkburnett and Rhonda Stephens and husband Ray of Wichita Falls; one sister, Dorothy Haynie and husband Lloyd of Houston; one brother, Billy Ray Todd of Wichita Falls; grandchildren, Lindsey Veron, Kayce Webb, Ashley Burross, Robert Scates, Baylee Stephens, Mary Lee Stephens, Bobby Stephens and Laine Trimmer; great grandchildren, Taylor Clopton, Talin Webb, Thomas Veron, Vincent Veron, Boston Scates, Bristol Scates, Konner Burross, Kinsley Burross and Johnny Trimmer and his beloved dog, Slugger Junior. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Wayne B. Todd, Tim Todd and Walter Todd.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday evening at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Paul Trimmer, Randy Cockrell, Ray Stephens, Baylee Stephens, Brad Scates, Robert Scates, A.J. Daniher and Kyle Burross.
